Wellbeing Journeys in the Workplace
In 2024, we launched a new pilot project focused on psychological well-being and personal growth in the workplace. Building on our previous work in the field of education, this initiative takes an experiential approach based on activities that foster creativity and self-awareness. Designed for an adult audience, the project aims to strengthen problem-solving skills, improve stress and complexity management, and promote overall well-being.
In addition to theoretical insights and the learning of practical techniques for everyday life, the program integrates artistic tools—such as painting and creative writing—and practices like meditation. These activities support the exploration of new forms of expression and encourage the integration of mind, body, and environment.
The project consists of monthly sessions, held either in person or online, led by trainers specialized in both psychological and artistic disciplines. Each session focuses on key themes for individual well-being, including emotional awareness, conflict management, work–life balance, relational well-being, and self-esteem.
Beyond the workshop sessions, participants are also offered the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one session with the trainer to reflect further, ask questions, or explore the topic and creative techniques introduced during the workshop.
