Since its birth in 2016 we have designed and developed projects that embody values ​​and main goals of the foundation.

Training in Fundraising

2024 - ongoing

Trainings and scolarships to enhance the fundraising skills of non-profit organizations in the Canton of Ticino, with the aim to provide them with the tools needed to better understand and define their fundraising needs, and to develop appropriate strategies and actions to ensure their long-term sustainability.

Wellbeing Journeys in the Workplace

2024 - ongoing

A project focused on psychological well-being and personal growth in the workplace. With an experiential approach based on activities that foster creativity and self-awareness, the project aims to strengthen problem-solving skills, improve stress and complexity management, and promote overall well-being.

2023 - ongoing

This project places artificial intelligence at its core—a highly relevant and timely topic that we believe is essential to explore, as it is deeply connected to both social and technological innovation. In this initiative, AI is seen not only as an innovative tool, but also as a catalyst for exploring emotions and stimulating new ideas, perspectives, and approaches.

Emotion in motion

2022-2023

An annual laboratory course for teens from first and second grade secondary school, which aims to promote high quality emotional education, help them discover new expressive languages and allow teens to have their voices heard

A workshop dedicated to children aged 3 to 10 which, starting from the reading of picture books on emotions and from psychomotor experiences, leads to the exploration of various emotion with art therapy and painting using the Stern method, in a non-evaluative and collaborative context, allowing participants to express themselves freely and creatively.

B Heroes

B Heroes project has been created by lastminute foundation to promote the entrepreneurship culture as real instrument for sustainable development, training new entrepreneurs and enterprises with the help of large companies, successful entrepreneurs and managers. B Heroes is born with the aim to involve wider audience on these themes, through television programs. The project was implemented by B Heroes srl, an Italian benefit company controlled by the foundation from 2017 to 2021 and now is a completely independent company.
