Wellbeing Journeys in the Workplace

In 2024, the Foundation launched the pilot project “Wellbeing Journeys in the Workplace”, dedicated to psychological wellbeing and personal growth in the workplace, which was continued and further developed in 2025 in co-design with lastminute.com. Building on the experience of workshops already successfully delivered in other contexts, the project has been progressively adapted to the corporate environment thanks to the active contribution of participants and the in-house expertise of lastminute.com. The feedback gathered along the way has made it possible to refine content, working methods, and the tools used, making the experience increasingly effective, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the people involved.

Aimed at an adult audience, the project seeks to strengthen problem-solving skills, improve the management of stress and complex situations, and promote overall personal wellbeing. The program combines theoretical content with practical tools applicable in everyday life, pairing traditional methodologies with expressive languages such as painting and creative writing, as well as meditation practices. This experiential approach fosters self-awareness, the exploration of new expressive modes, and the integration of mind, body, and environment.

The sessions, held both in person and online and led by professionals with expertise in psychology and the arts, address key topics such as emotional awareness, conflict management, work-life balance, the quality of relationships, and self-esteem. Participants are also offered the opportunity to access individual in-depth sessions to consolidate the themes explored during the workshops and to support their practical application.

Considering the positive results achieved and the ongoing dialogue with the groups involved, starting in 2026 the Foundation has introduced increasingly tailored programs also dedicated to specific corporate teams, centered on strengthening personal wellbeing. The aim is to develop a replicable methodological model that can be applied across different contexts, both corporate and otherwise, capable of promoting wellbeing and the development of soft skills in a structured way, and contributing lastingly to the quality of people’s lives, both professionally and personally.
